Zen has just completed the upgrade of the IP communications infrastructure for the Lansdowne hotel. With our partner a Mitel Solution was deployed to upgrade the entire telephone system to an IP based solution. This involved all back office, bars, restaurant and bedrooms. Zen provided SIP trunks to connect the hotels phone system to our network enabling VoIP calls providing savings of over 50% on call charges. The number of eircom lines have also been reduced and Zen’s indirect service has been implemented on the remaining telephone lines.
